in Satyananda sun-salutations there is no plank…two times downward or mountain…so, because he modified this sequence we gave his name to this class satyananda… satyananda is not the name of the class…it’s the name of a sage, name of a great yoga master in India...in Satyananda we focused mostly on the hip and spine…it stretches and relaxes your  spine…and stretches and opens your  hip…and it’s good for the people who are suffering from any kind of back pains…because in this class all back opening…back bends…and
